We are excited to announce that Vidant Health is changing its name to ECU Health beginning in May. This evolution marks years of collaboration and partnership to advance health care, education and research in eastern North Carolina.
We want to keep you in the loop as to the status of our name. As the health system continues its evolution to become ECU Health, the Vidant Health Foundation will also change its name. We are working with all of the necessary stakeholders to determine the best naming strategy for our foundation moving forward. Once a decision is reached, we will make sure to communicate with you.
Be assured, we will not waiver from the core of why we exist – for our patients, families, friends, and neighbors who depend on us every day to make sure they have access to the most up-to-date programs, resources, technology and health care possible. After all, it is what they deserve.
