We are committed.
The Vidant Health Foundation is committed to making better health care a reality in eastern NC. More than $100 million has been raised by the foundation since it was founded in 1980. This means that 100 percent of these donated funds have been used to support new facilities, equipment, programs and services that are improving access for the people and communities served by Vidant Health.
Lights of Love
One of our community’s most noticeable signs of the holiday season is the Vidant Health Lights of Love tree
located on the Vidant Medical Center campus in Greenville.
The lights on the tree represent gifts of hope and love…a special way to express your appreciation and gratitude. This is your opportunity to give a gift as a tribute to a loved one, friend or colleague who has had an impact on your life.
To support the Vidant Health mission to improve the health and well-being of eastern North Carolina through advocacy and securing philanthropic resources.
Make an impact! With you, we are committed to making better health care a reality in eastern North Carolina. Through your generous donations and unwavering support, we are experiencing remarkable growth and developing new relationships and partnerships that allow us to transform health care from Windsor to Kenansville and from Tarboro to the coast – and many communities in between.
Dr. Raab's Story
Why do you give?
For Dr. Mary Raab, it's personal:
"I give because this is my home. I love to see our community thrive. I want the best health care possible, not only for me, but for my children, my grandchildren and for everyone who lives here. I truly feel that the more we do as individuals, the larger the impact will be for the entire community."
